Jawed is Director of R&D at Operative, where he focuses on innovation, product strategy, and platform development for next-generation advertising technology solutions. Jawed’s expertise lies in taking complex ideas from conception to production and leading multi-functional teams. Member of the founding architect team for Operative’s AOS – the industry’s first cloud-native, converged ad sales platform. He also designed and architected OnTarget Forecasting Platform, lead the initiative of Cloud Core. Currently focused on reimagining the ad workflow using Generative AI, building Adeline AI – driving AI product strategy and Agentic architecture evolution for enterprise advertising transformation. Prior to Operative, Jawed held engineering and architecture roles at Thomson Reuters, Sun Microsystems, and IBM. He graduated (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
