Job Description

Operative a leading provider of media management solutions for the broadcasting, cable and satellite media industries is looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to:

• Create user experience design concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, analysis, prototypes, specifications, navigation maps, style guidelines, and other UI/UX design deliverables
• Transform complex requirements into intuitive, easy to use, clean, and functional user interfaces
• Follow the UX/UI design guidelines for the company’s suite of products

Responsibilities

• Design and define the holistic user experience for the company’s products with best practices in UI/UX design
• Gather requirements from product managers, product owners or business analysts and transform them from concept to wireframes and prototypes according to user needs and business goals
• Work closely with development to ensure designs are understood and implemented correctly
• Responsible for enhancing and manging the company’s design system and style guides
• Design of graphical elements like menus, controls, icons, buttons etc. that will be used in our products
• Working in collaboration with other designers, product management, business analysts & developers regarding the usability and design issues

Skills and Experience

Required Qualifications

• BA degree in UX/UI design, interactive design or related major
• 1-3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role
• Proficiency in the following tools: Axure, Sketch, Photoshop and similar tools
• Thorough understanding of UX methodology and prototyping processes
• Great communication skills
