Job Description

Operative, an advertising technology industry leader, is looking for a strong candidate to join our Global Services Org as a Technical Account Manager on our Client Services Team. This team works closely with our clients and members of our implementation, services and support teams to ensure the successful post-implementation service and support of our publisher clients. This role will be responsible for managing strategic accounts in both a technical and consultative capacity with a focus on Google Publisher Platforms and Solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and strengthen business relationships across a broad book of clients
  • Work closely with the internal Solutions team during the transition from onboarding to post-implementation support from AdTech team
  • Assist Client Services and AdTech teams in their support of current clients
  • Provide context and explanation to ad server reporting as needed
  • Maintain strong knowledge of developments in programmatic solutions, to be able to provide technical and/or strategic support on an on-going basis
  • Conduct regular or ad-hoc meetings with client contacts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Some client relationship management required to support client contracting and renewals

Skills and Experience

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience client facing role in ad ops or client services
  • Strong ad server trafficking and reporting experience (Google Ad Manager/AdX Required)
  • Strong project management and organization skills and the ability to translate technical knowledge into plain business terms
  • College graduate (may be willing to substitute some experience in lieu

Advantage if you have

  • Preference for those highly proficient with Excel advanced features/capabilities
