SintecMedia hosted its first User Group conference in Jerusalem. We had great turnout from our customers. CBC, Fox International Channels, ABC Australia, NBC, Disney Television, ABC Group, STAR TV, UKTV, Televisa, and Reshet were all present.
The User Group conference was initiated to provide a structured forum for regular interaction with key clients; to solicit and discuss ideas for ways to increase customer satisfaction; to seek feedback and input on new products; and also to provide more formal means for existing clients to communicate with each other.
We have received positive feedback about our leading all-in-one product OnAir® and about our dedicated service.
We would like to thank everyone who took part in this event for their dedication and effort in making the first User Group conference a success.
