Eli Curi

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Eli Curi is responsible for overseeing Operative’s legal affairs and holds responsibility for a wide variety of corporate and strategic matters. Eli brings extensive legal and corporate development experience in the technology, Internet, and digital media industries, supporting mid-market private equity and emerging growth companies.

Prior to joining Operative, Eli was a Partner at the top-tier international law firm of SNR Denton (formerly Sonnenschein), where he served as Co-Head of Digital Media in the venture capital and emerging growth department, focused on private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions, secured finance transactions, and joint ventures and strategic alliances. He has over a decade of experience working with successful start-ups and technology companies from formation through exit.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law.
