SintecMedia Acquires Operative, Inc.

I’m thrilled to let you know that earlier this week, Operative was acquired by global TV ad management platform SintecMedia in a mutual agreement between the companies. Starting shortly, we’ll be known as SintecMedia and will work closely as a merged operation.

The combined offering will create the largest independent advertising sales platform for media companies, providing a profitable technology solution for now and the future of TV and digital advertising. This competitive offering will empower media companies to scale and maximize yield better than anything else available on the market.

You may already be familiar with SintecMedia, which manages the business of multi-platform TV for more than 300 of the world’s top TV and media companies, including NBC, ABC, FOX, AT&T, CBC, and many others. Its products manage multi-platform ad sales, traffic, billing, programming and rights, processing over $33 billion in advertising revenue from leading brands and agencies around the globe.  SintecMedia is led by CEO Amotz Yarden and I will continue to serve you as a president within SintecMedia working closely with Amotz. Operative’s management team is very invested in the future of SintecMedia, and we are excited to continue to work with you.
